in 90 Seconds!

Make Instant Healing Grain- Free Bread in 90 Seconds: instructions: Place 2 Tbsps in a microwave-safe bowl, add an egg and a pinch of baking powder, and microwave for 90 seconds. Voila, you now have instant healing bread that you can top with virgin olive oil, unrefined coconut oil, avocado, butter, peanut butter, almond butter, pizza sauce, it's limitless. This is the only time I advocate for microwave for the speed of it. However, you could bake it in an oven as well it'll just take a little longer.
